Director
Charity-news channel
I am the director of WORLDwrite, a UK based education charity dedicated to advancing new knowledge, skills and ideas. The charity promotes excellence in citizen reporting and provides free film training to young volunteers to make this possible. Here on Hyptv, we feature programmes from our unique online Citizen TV Channel WORLDbytes (www.worldbytes.org), which provides alternative news and views on the world today. We believe Citizen TV has a vital role to play in covering the news, ideas and stories rarely told, without the constraints of commissioners’ whims, mainstream “ratings” wars and fears of upsetting conventional wisdom. WORLDbytes’ motto is “Don’t shout at the telly, change the message on it”.
